The Office of the Vice President for Research, Scholarship and Creative Endeavors (OVPR) hosted a series of informational sessions addressing the recent shifts in U.S. research funding in November 2025. These sessions provided updates on major funding agencies and clarified publicly available information. Panel discussions featured UT PIs with recent first-hand experience with these sponsors as applicants, reviewers and awardees.
Additional sessions hosted in partnership with University Development and Discovery to Impact discussed strategies to secure research funding from foundations and industry partners.
